I believe that therapy can be so much more than “changing your thoughts” and finding short-term “solutions.” Through my holistic, in-depth approach, I will work with you to restore balance to your mind-body and deepen relationships for the long-run.

Hello!
My Therapeutic Approach
Therapy is a space just for you. To support your healing and growth, here are some of the therapeutic approaches I use:
-
Psychodynamic therapy is an in-depth approach to therapy that focuses on the subconscious mind. It involves exploring the connection between the past and the present, so you can uncover the psychological roots of mental health and relational challenges.
-
Holistic therapy centers on the mind-body connection. It recognizes how nutrition, sleep, nervous system regulation impact the mind, and how unprocessed emotions and trauma impact the body. It attends to both the physiological and psychological root causes of your concerns.
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps you identify and process the underlying emotions that drive your suffering. It also works to heal attachment wounds and help you create more secure attachment, both within yourself and your relationships.
-
Multicultural counseling centers each individual’s intersectionality, the unique ways in which gender, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and other aspects of identity shape your lived experiences.
